We’re a fast-growing, founder-led brand, and we’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to bring our campaigns and email marketing to life.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our growing team.
With a sharp eye for clean, modern design, you’ll translate ideas into elevated, on-brand visuals across email, digital, and campaign channels. Working closely with our Creative Director, you’ll play a key role in executing the visual direction for our email marketing and broader marketing campaigns.
This is a full-time role, ideal for someone with at least 2 years’ experience designing for eCommerce or lifestyle brands.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualise, design, and produce on-brand assets across email (EDMs), website, social media, paid media, and print.
Design visually engaging emails for campaigns, launches, and automated flows, and build out layouts within Klaviyo (or similar platforms).
Develop campaign-ready assets for use across digital marketing, web, and eComm.
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to bring product launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal storytelling to life
Deliver trend-aware, elevated design solutions that reflect our brand and push creative boundaries.
Maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Assist with ad hoc design needs including packaging, print materials, and content for social channels.
Prepare final artwork for digital and print production, including photo retouching and editing where required.
What We’re Looking For
Self-motivated, driven with confidence in their skill set.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent time management skills.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar role.
Qualification in Graphic Design or similar.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe creative suite.
Video editing experience also highly favoured.
Experience using Klavyio or similar highly favoured.
