About the role

Sadaqa is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join the marketing team. The role is full-time based out of head office in South Granville.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, in this full-time contract role, you will be responsible for creating, developing and delivering engaging and impactful visual content that effectively communicates our campaign messages.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and visually appealing designs. Your expertise will lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring effective conveyance of our messages through various media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic & digital design for digital/social media content, brochures, infographics, EDMs, web, print, GIFs and video content.

Comprehend a design brief's requirements/goals and independently deliver on its objectives on the team’s goals.

Follow projects through from concept to delivery, ensuring all projects are within prescribed allocated timeframe and budget unless adjusted by the Marketing Manager.

Design online content as per teams’ briefing (including gifs, videos and infographics).

About you

The ideal candidate will possess proven skills and experience in graphic designing delivering high quality marketing content.

5+ years’ experience in a graphic design role (B2C or B2B).

Strong knowledge and experience with social media marketing channels as well as website and e-commerce platforms.

Very strong creative skills in design and conceptualisation with the ability to follow a brief and provide rationales for your design choices and present your ideas.

Experience with CC Adobe Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator – Essential) and other CC would be an advantage, such as Adobe After Effects for video editing.

Demonstrated skills in Animation, Illustration, Video editing and UI and experience within e-commerce or online retail/sales is highly regarded.

Experience with Digital Asset Management Systems is preferred.

Ability to multi-task and manage/prioritise multiple projects within agreed timelines.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Flexible, able to adapt and problem solve in a fast paced and changing environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment

Demonstrated experience in a similar industry is advantageous.
