A highly skilled and hands-on leader responsible for overseeing the setup and dismantling of a wide range of temporary event structures including marquees, flooring, staging, and event infrastructure. The Lead Installer ensures all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, while coordinating a team of crew members on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the on-site installation and pack-down of marquees and associated structures for events of various scales.

Interpret site plans and ensure accurate positioning and assembly of structures.

Supervise and support a crew, assigning tasks and maintaining workflow.

Ensure compliance with OH&S standards and site-specific requirements.

Liaise with operations teams, clients, and site contacts to ensure smooth delivery.

Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment to ensure operational readiness.

Key Skills & Attributes:

Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role setting up marquees and temporary structures.

Strong practical skills and mechanical aptitude.

Ability to read plans and problem solve under pressure.

High attention to detail, time management and safety awareness.

Flexible with working hours, including early starts, late finishes, weekends and public holidays when needed.

Current driver’s licence (forklift, MR or HR licence a bonus).
