About the Role

MM Industrial is looking for motivated, detail-focused individuals to join our install team. This is a hands-on role, working with tools on industrial warehouse fit-outs — racking, steel, barriers, gates and more. You'll be part of a crew that values productivity, quality, initiative, and problem-solving.

You’ll also work closely with the business owner, who leads from the front and values transparency, respect, and no-BS communication. If you take pride in doing a job right and want to be part of something real — this is your chance.

✅ Have strong tool knowledge — drills, grinders, levels, etc.
✅ Can think on their feet — critical thinking & problem-solving are essential
✅ Take pride in their work and how they present themselves

Requirements

White Card

Driver’s Licence + own transport to job sites

Trade or install experience preferred (carpentry, fencing, steel, sheds, etc.)

Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet all day

Available for early starts and occasional travel
