Fish House Steak & Grill is an exciting new venture by the multi-award-winning Bella Venezia Restaurant Group, located on the iconic Parkyn Parade, Mooloolaba Spit. Opening in early August 2025, this fresh concept combines premium steakhouse dining with Japanese-influenced seafood and grill cuisine, all set within a brand new, thoughtfully designed fit-out. We’re ready to hit the ground running and we’re building a passionate team to bring this vision to life.

We’re currently seeking an experienced and motivated Barista to join our opening team and help shape the morning experience for our guests.

🕕 Position Details:

Shifts: 5 mornings per week

Hours: 6:00am – 11:00am

Additional Hours Available: For candidates with FOH section waiter experience

🌟 What We’re Looking For:

Proven barista experience in a fast-paced café or restaurant setting

Latte art expertise and a dedication to beautiful, consistent coffee presentation

Reliable, enthusiastic, and confident working independently during early shifts

A strong team player with excellent customer service skills

FOH section waiter experience is a bonus and opens the door to additional shifts
