Due to exciting growth, Hope Island Early Learning Sanctuary is seeking Certificate III, Diploma Educators, Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs), and Lead Educators to join our vibrant and passionate team on a permanent or part-time basis.

What We’re Looking For

Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or working towards)

Experience in early childhood settings (preferred but not essential)

For Lead Educator roles: experience leading rooms and mentoring others

A genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to quality practice

Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A current Working With Children Check (Blue Card) and up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
