anzuk Education is proud to be partnering with a warm, family-owned early learning centre that truly values its educators. We’re currently recruiting for two rewarding part-time opportunities in this supportive and nurturing environment:
1. Lead Educator – Pre-Kindy (3–4yo)
2. Assistant Educator – Toddler Room (2–3yo)
Whether you're an experienced Lead Educator looking for a role with balance, or a passionate Assistant Educator ready to make a meaningful impact, this centre offers a rare opportunity to join a stable, collaborative, and play-focused team.
What You’ll Love About Both Roles:
- Flexible 3–4 days per week – ideal for work/life balance
- No major behavioural or staffing concerns – just a calm, happy workplace
- Programming/planning time built into the schedule (Lead role)
- Children who are curious, confident, and love both indoor & outdoor learning
- Up to $35/hr (Lead) depending on experience & qualifications
- Centre has applied for the ECEC Retention Grant – funds expected soon

About You – Lead Educator (Pre-Kindy):
- Diploma-qualified or studying a Bachelor of Early Childhood
- Experienced in leading a room and mentoring peers
- Confident with EYLF and NQS frameworks
- Positive, child-led approach to learning
About You – Assistant Educator (2–3yo Room):
- Certificate III or Diploma-qualified
- Open to working 4 days per week
- A warm, calm and team-oriented approach
- Willing to support children and the Lead Educator in a meaningful way
