Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for team members who:

· Hold or are working towards a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

· For Lead Educator roles: have experience leading a room and mentoring others

· Demonstrate a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement

· Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

· Understand the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation

· Hold or are willing to obtain a current Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
