About the Company
You will be joining an established global business who provide training services to organisations to ensure they are well equipped to face organisational challenges. Their goal is to empower teams through specific training and give them the tools they need to further educate their organisation.
About the Role
The Customer Care Specialist will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers to help solve any queries or issues. Working alongside another customer care specialist, this person will answer calls and emails and ensure customers are responded to as soon as possible to ensure a positive customer experience. You will conduct feedback surveys with customers and collate information to be used by the broader business to be impemented, you will also track the progress of queries, raising tickets and escalating if necessary. This role will involve both inbound and outbound calling, and building relationships with key customer stakeholders.
About You
You will have minimum 2 year's experinece in a customer service focussed role, with the ability and confidence to answer customer's queries and manage resolutions. You must have a problem solving attitude, remain calm under pressure and have excellent relationship building skills. You will have experince managing feedback and be keen to implement process improvements. You will be passionate about providing an excellent customer experience and always strive to provide the best service to valued customers.
