We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Digital Ad Specialist to join the With U team — a workshop and coaching program that helps business owners master their own advertising instead of hiring agencies.

You’ll support members across our Skool community, live workshops and 1:1 Co-Pilot coaching. If you know Meta and Google Ads inside-out, love helping people, and want to join a growing, impact-driven team — this is for you.

The Role:

We’re looking for a strategic, client-savvy Ad Specialist to support our members in community threads, live advisory calls, Launchpad workshops, and our Co-Pilot 1:1 coaching program.

Instead of juggling 20 clueless accounts and trying to prove your worth — you’ll be a valued expert, teaching smart business owners how to scale using your knowledge.

What You’ll Do:

Jump into our Skool community and answer ad-related posts with clarity and depth

Coach Co-Pilot members 1:1 over Zoom — helping them optimise campaigns and grow their business

Support our in-person and virtual Launchpad workshops with strategy, troubleshooting, and breakout coaching

Travel around the country to support members in the room at our workshops (we do them in Perth, Melbourne & Sydney currently so you'll travel with us for a week 2 out of 3 months)

Help the team spot members ready for Co-Pilot upgrades
