Advanced Group are on the lookout for a Leading Hand for a High-End Residential Tower Project on the Gold Coast

Role includes (but not limited to)-

Supervising and managing a teams on site

Guiding team members in daily tasks.

Addressing issues as they arise.

Delegating work.

Executing plans.

Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Coordinating tasks and acting as a link between employees and supervisors.

Applying site specific policies and procedures.

Must haves-

Be Trades Qualified or Time Served

2-5 Years in a Similar Position

First Aid Cert
