Opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on electrician who's ready to step up.

As our Leading Hand, you'll be the team's right-hand – running teams, keeping jobs moving, and making sure the quality stays sharp across a variety of residential and commercial projects across the Greater Brisbane region and beyond.

You'll need strong site experience, solid leadership skills, and the confidence to take charge when needed. This is a stepping stone into bigger things if you've got the drive.

Responsibilities

Perform well autonomously with a keen focus on efficiency and speed, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project

Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to plan and execute electrical projects efficiently and effectively

Provide leadership and mentorship to electrical apprentices, guiding them in practical skills development and safety practices

Have a positive attitude with a strong desire to excel in your career

Requirements

- Valid QLD Electrical Licence

- Minimum 5 years of experience post-trade

- Valid Manual Drivers' Licence

- Construction Industry Induction Card

- CPR and LVR

- In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and legal requirements, including AS3000

Although desirable the following qualifications are not required. We are seeking individuals who have keen interest in upskilling and will provide necessary training.

- Restricted Refrigeration Licence

- Working at Heights

- Elevated Work Platform Licence

- Telecommunications Open Cable's License with endorsements

- Design and Install Grid Connected Solar Accreditation

- Design and Install Battery Systems for Grid Connected Solar Accreditation
