• Full Time Permanent Position
• Day Shift Monday - Friday with some weekends
• $28.00 - $32.00 hourly rate

About the team:

At Purearth Foods we operate a modern processing and packing facility producing UHT and ESL dairy beverages. We use recyclable packaging and ensure all our manufacturing processes have a minimal impact on our environment.

We have an onsite chemistry and microbiology testing laboratory which operates 7 days a week to support the manufacturing process.

About the role:

This role would involve:

• Conducting microbiological and chemical testing on raw materials, finished product and packaging.
• Preforming activities such as environmental swabbing, allergen testing and calibration of equipment.
• Recording results, report writing and escalation for out of specification results
• Liaising with multiple departments to help drive quality culture across site

About you:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Team player with a high level of energy
• Have a minimum of 1-year experience working in a food and beverage lab manufacturing environment preferred but not necessary;
• Have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
