About the Role
We are expanding our Maintenance team and have an exciting opportunity based in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. You will be responsible for maintaining our industry-leading synthetic turf facilities, servicing a variety of clients including councils and schools throughout Melbourne, regional Victoria, and interstate.

This is a customer-facing role, so a neat and professional appearance, along with a polite and customer-focused attitude, is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on synthetic turf surfaces, including brushing, grooming, and infill top-ups
• Operate ride-on and hand-operated grooming equipment, such as power brooms, turf sweepers, and decompaction machines
• Conduct weed control using herbicides and manual methods
• Perform seam repairs, infill top-ups, and other turf repair tasks
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working order
• Follow detailed maintenance schedules and work autonomously
• Present the company vehicle in a professional manner

Skills and Requirements

• Valid current driver’s license
• Experience with relevant machinery (ride-on grooming equipment, handheld grooming equipment, motorised backpack blowers) is an advantage
• Understanding of machine preventative maintenance and synthetic turf care
• Ability to work some weekends as required
• Friendly, can-do attitude
• Self-motivated, organized, physically fit, and able to work independently
• High attention to detail
• Construction Industry White Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
