Our highly successful client based in Mount Waverley is seeking a experienced and motivated Contracts Administrator/Office Support person to manage the day to day running of the office and being the point of contact for all contracts related queries and tasks. This business offers a beautiful and cohesive work environment and a inclusive & collaborative culture. You must be able to work in the office full time at their Mount Waverley head office. Very attractive salary on offer: $75,000 + Super.

The role:

  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from preparation and review to final close-out
  • Oversee subcontracts, ensuring compliance with legal and project requirements.
  • First point of call for all reception related duties (although you will not be sitting at reception): Receive and transfer telephone calls, announcing callers, taking brief messages and passing them on via
    email or connecting callers to staff members’ direct line voicemail.
  • Preparing quotations
  • Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items. Check and sign for deliveries
  • Managing multiple email inboxes
  • Raising purchase orders and ensuring correct site delivery
  • Preparing quotations on behalf of management
  • Maintaining spreadsheets
  • Organising travel and accommodation for directors’ and staff
  • Monitor and ensure that the office is kept tidy
  • Perform data-entry, documentation, quotes and tenders, printing and filing duties where required.

Skills & Experience required:

  • Previous experience in Contracts Administration and Office Support duties
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple contracts
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in all aspects of contract management and project contracts is highly desirable.
  • Amazing phone manner and admin skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
