We're looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a well-established organisation in Mosman on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to core finance functions in a supportive team environment. The role offers hybrid work flexibility after initial onboarding.

About the role:

You'll assist with day-to-day transactional finance tasks to keep things running smoothly.

• Perform daily bank and account reconciliations
• Process and reconcile incoming payments across multiple sources
• Assist with invoicing, data entry, and account matching
• Support general ledger maintenance and month-end reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system

About you:

You bring a strong foundation in accounts and a proactive, detail-focused approach.

• Minimum 1 year experience in a finance or accounts role
• Comfortable working with high volumes of transactions
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with finance systems (e.g. SAP, MYOB, Xero)
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
