🧾 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable: levies, invoicing, collections, reconciliations
• Ensure AR records are accurate and up-to-date; resolve discrepancies efficiently
• Oversee annual testing and issue resolution of the billing engine
• Run fortnightly Accounts Payable compliance checks
• Conduct quarterly reviews of AP and procurement controls
• Identify and report compliance breaches or control weaknesses
• Support external audits (ANAO) with financial records and commentary
• Ensure all activity aligns with legislative and policy requirements

✅ You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and billing in a government, regulatory, or large corporate setting
• Strong grasp of AP compliance, financial controls, and audit environments
• Able to manage high-volume transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Confident communicator with experience responding to external auditors
• Exposure to Oracle Financials (AR, AP, billing engine) is highly desirable
• Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance or similar (preferred)
• Must be an Australian Citizen (due to Federal Government security requirements)
