Qualifications & Requirements:

Vocational Training Certificate in Cookery.

Minimum 4 years experience as a chef

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a chef specializing in Chinese cuisine, specially in Cantonese dimsim.

Deep understanding and appreciation of traditional Chinese culinary techniques, paired with a passion for culinary innovation.

A commitment to excellence and quality in every dish served.

Great knife skills
