Hotel Wangi is on the lookout for a qualified Chef to join our busy kitchen team on a full-time basis. We're a well-established, family-run pub known for great food, friendly service, and have a strong local following.

About the Role:
You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role where flexibility, reliability, and a great attitude are key.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Preparing and presenting meals to a high standard

Handling kitchen operations including prep, service, and cleaning

Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards

Creating chefs specials

Working a roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays

What We’re Looking For:

A qualified Chef with previous experience in a busy kitchen

A team player with a solid work ethic and strong communication skills

Someone who is flexible, reliable, and calm under pressure

A passion for good food, efficiency, and quality
