Sixt Griffith is looking for a full time Location Manager to further develop the business and customer service to a Sixt star service.

What is this role all about?

As Location Manager with SIXT Griffith, you’ll play a pivotal role in making people and their things easily mobile through the delivery of premium customer service.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Providing an exciting and premium customer experience, exceeding customer expectations every time.
• Opening and closing rental agreements seamlessly and accurately.
• Manage a team of staff to empower them in all aspects of the business
• Answer any customer enquiries, face-to-face, over the phone or by email
• Pick-up and delivery of vehicles, when required
• General administrative tasks
• Ensure vehicles are detailed to a premium standard
• Ensuring all aspects of SIXT’s quality controls are delivered and maintained, including presentation of the counters, paperwork and fleet.
• Selling additional, over the counter, rental products
• Other administrative and operational tasks and being part of team to ensure a high level of presentation of the Location.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this position, our new team member will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Excellent communication skills, a can-do, positive attitude, and a flair for sales.
• Strong attention to detail, including administration and presentation
• Previous experience in the retail or hospitality industry is preferred, but not essential
• Competent computer skills to perform daily tasks
• Current, unrestricted full driving license
• Full working rights in Australia
• Ability to multi-task during peak periods and able to work unsupervised
• A flexible attitude is required as our locations are 7-day operations so shifts will include some weekends
• Can do attitude
