Full Time Store Manager – Takeaway Sandwich Shop | North Sydney (Mon -Fri)
📍 Location: Directly across from Victoria Cross South Exit
🗓 Store Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
💰 $65,000 – $75,000

We’re looking for a hands-on Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy North Sydney takeaway sandwich shop. If you love great food, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy building a positive team culture, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

Oversee daily store operations, from opening to close

Manage and motivate a small, friendly team

Ensure exceptional customer service and product quality

Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage suppliers

Maintain store cleanliness, food safety, and compliance standards

Assist with rostering and daily cash handling

What we’re looking for:

Previous hospitality or retail management experience

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

A proactive, can-do attitude and attention to detail

Coffee making experience

Availability Monday to Friday during operating hours
