Collaborative Partnerships is a values-driven paediatric occupational therapy clinic located on the Sunshine Coast. We are passionate about supporting children and their families through high-quality, relationship-based therapy—and we’re looking for a warm, professional, and organised Medical Receptionist to join our friendly Client Support Team.

🧩 About the Role

As our receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for clients—playing a vital role in creating a calm, welcoming experience. You'll support the day-to-day running of the clinic, assist our therapists, and help families navigate their appointments and therapy journey.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting clients and families

Managing phone calls, emails, and therapist diary bookings

Using Clinko and/or Splose (preferred) for scheduling and administration

Processing NDIS, Medicare, and private payments

Liaising with schools, providers, and other stakeholders

General admin duties: invoicing, filing, data entry, ordering clinic supplies

👤 You Will Bring

Prior experience in medical or allied health reception

Experience using Clinko, Splose, or similar practice management software

Strong organisation and multitasking skills

Excellent interpersonal and written communication

Professionalism, discretion, and empathy

Confidence with technology and cloud-based tools

Ability to prioritise work within established processes and procedures

Experience working in paediatric or therapy-based settings
