About the Role

Take ownership of import sea freight shipments from pre-alert to final delivery

Keep customers informed with timely updates and provide excellent service

Assist with customs clearance processes, including preparing documentation and lodging basic declarations under supervision

Coordinate cartage, including EDOs, delivery bookings, and empty container returns

Finalise shipments by preparing accurate invoices and closing files efficiently

Ensure all data is up to date and assist in updating SOPs and internal systems

Collaborate with your supervisor to improve processes and support team growth

About You

1–3 years’ experience in international freight forwarding

Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with overseas stakeholders.

Experience with EDI software is ideal

A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
