Fast growing Australian owned International Freight Forwarder located Botany seeking experienced Customer Service Representative to join fast growing team.

The roll is Monday - Friday full time office hours.

Job Description

The Customer Service Representative(CSR) is the engine of the company! Utilizing a high energy approach, the CSR will clearly identify current customer needs for our service and how they can benefit from on every shipment. Providing excellent customer service is essential in this position. Customer Service, industry experience, and Operational experience is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Help manage current customer accounts.

Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls and emails.

Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.

Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers.

Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.

Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.

Order Management

Excellent multitasking skills within their workspace as well as computer software programs.

Job Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have local experience in International Freight Forwarding.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Experience

Minimum 3 years Freight forwarding experience.

Previous customer service experience required within International Forwarding

Operational experience preferred

Salary negotiable based on your experience.
