We’re currently seeking an experienced Freight Forwarder / Cargo Transport Operator to join our growing team full-time in Revesby, NSW.

We’re looking for freight professionals with solid experience in international logistics — ideally someone confident with CargoWise and well-versed in both import and export operations. You don’t need to be a Dangerous Goods expert — as a certified training organisation, we’ll provide comprehensive DG training across all modes of transport.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the safe and efficient movement of cargo across domestic and international supply chains. Key duties include:

Managing export and import cargo across air and sea freight networks

Coordinating interstate transport of cargo, including dangerous goods, via road and air

Liaising with carriers, shipping lines, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries

Supporting and guiding a team of offshore operations staff handling similar functions

Ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with regulations, and updates in CargoWise

Monitoring shipment progress and resolving any issues or delays proactively

Working collaboratively with the Sydney operations team to deliver a high standard of service

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate:

Proven experience using CargoWise in a freight forwarding environment

A disciplined and consistent approach to data entry and workflow management in CargoWise

Solid understanding of import/export processes, air and sea freight

Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across internal and offshore teams

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively

A team-first mindset, with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
