We have a strong customer base shipping from China and have recently extended operations to Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia.

About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our friendly and collaborative team in Chatswood. In this bilingual position, you will be the main point of contact for our Chinese-speaking clients and play a key role in supporting logistics operations across the Asia–Pacific region.
This is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication, multitasking skills, and a solid understanding of the freight forwarding industry.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Provide accurate updates on shipment status, booking confirmations, and documentation requirements
Liaise with internal teams (operations, customs, transport) to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and clearances
Monitor cargo movement via shipping line systems and update clients proactively
Prepare and review shipping documents including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists
Ensure compliance with international trade and customs regulations
Handle service issues and customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain accurate client records and support the sales team with quotations and account follow-up
Identify service gaps and suggest process improvements
What We’re Looking For
Fluent in both Mandarin and English – verbal and written communication
3–5 years’ experience in customer service within the freight forwarding or logistics industry
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Asia–Pacific trade lanes (especially China–AU/NZ) is an advantage
Confident working independently and within a small team
Positive, can-do attitude and professional work ethic
