Are you passionate about education, love working with children, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Pre-Uni New College Baulkham Hills is looking for a Full-Time Office Administrator to join our vibrant after-hours team.

📍 About the Role
This is more than just admin work — it's an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the learning experience of hundreds of primary school students each week. You’ll be the face of our centre during our busiest times, helping to keep everything running smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.

🕒 Work Hours:

School Term: Sunday 8am–6pm, Monday to Thursday 4pm–9pm

School Holidays (7 weeks/year): Monday to Friday 8am–6pm

💼 What You’ll Do:

Handle and oversee daily centre operations with a hands-on, solutions-focused attitude

Collaborate closely with admin and teaching teams to support students

Handle parent enquiries, phone calls, texts, and emails with warmth and professionalism

Maintain accurate student and staff records

Foster a supportive and positive environment for both children and staff

🙌 What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children (any background – teaching, childcare, volunteering)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Mandarin speaking is a bonus but not essential

Patience, empathy, and a high attention to detail

💰 What We Offer:

$70,000–$90,000/year (equivalent to $35–$45/hour) + super + bonuses
