We’re looking for Food & Beverage Attendants to join our pre-opening team.

Opportunities are available under the following arrangements:

As the Food & Beverage attendant, you’ll play a hands-on role in our guest experience - welcoming guests, serving flavour-forward food and drinks, and helping create a social, flexible, and friendly space. Whether you’re preparing orders, supporting kiosk or QR ordering, or helping guests navigate Grab & Go, you’ll deliver high-quality service with a casual and confident vibe.

You’ll also be empowered to share local tips, upsell your favourite dishes, and support service recovery when needed—creating unscripted moments that feel personal, human, and proudly Caption.

Some Key Responsibilities

  • Help guests with kiosk check-in, QR ordering, and self-service—stepping in when support is needed.
  • Deliver bold burgers, fresh bowls, drinks, and takeaway with energy and accuracy.
  • Create and keep spaces clean, inviting and welcoming, reflecting the Caption brand in every interaction.
  • Support guest-led service across our restaurant and grab-and-go kiosk, as well as the lobby with warmth and confidence.
  • Respond to guest feedback using the LEAST model and help close the loop on any issues.
  • Keep service areas clean, stocked, and vibrant at all times.
  • Uphold food safety and RSA standards consistently.
  • Support the team in opening, closing, and daily service procedures.

What you will bring to the role:

  • A natural ability to connect with people and make them feel welcome
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment
  • A guest-first mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
  • Food & beverage or café experience is great—but attitude, energy, and team fit matter most
