This is not your average assistant role, Supporting day-to-day operations, jumping into sales conversations, travelling when needed, and helping bring new ideas to life, follow up and keeping customers and clients happy. Your job is to make the Managers life easier, more efficient, and more productive. You are expected to have an all-round ability to manage situations in a SME Environment.

What You’ll Do:

Provide hands-on support across all aspects of the managers schedule and business activity

Think on your feet, problem-solve, and adapt quickly

Manage communications, documents, and emails with professionalism and precision

Help brainstorm and implement new ideas across projects

Travel occasionally as needed

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Up-to-date computer and tech skills

Particularly with Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook Email & Calander

Not afraid to sell, speak up, or represent the brand when required
