What can you expect?

Processing sales orders and preparing customer quotes

Liaising with external suppliers

Assisting with over the counter trade & retail customer queries & sales ; ensuring that their experience with Porters is a positive one!

Purchasing and stock control activities

Working with team members to maintain a high standard of housekeeping

Responding to phone enquiries

Skills and Experience:

Excellent communication skills and pride yourself on being able to understand and meet the needs of customers

Intermediate computer and data entry skills

The ability to resolve customer issues and contribute to meeting branch goals

Enthusiasm, initiative and a willingness to learn
