What will you be doing in this role:

Managing a portfolio of 200 properties, with majority of them being local. Join a highly collaborative team where you will receive a full handover.

• Routine inspections
• Outgoing inspections
• Approving applications
• Arrears management
• Repairs and maintenance
• Rent reviews
• Lease renewals
• Maintain relationships with landlords & tenants
• Attend team meetings
• NCAT

The right candidate will have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing your own portfolio
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or License
• Drivers license and a reliable car
• Highly organised and great attention to detail
• Tech savvy and willing to learn new processes
