The Role:

Oversee the day to day operations of 200 residential properties (with support from another property manager and PM support)

Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, tradespeople.

Manage rent reviews, lease renewals, increase and terminations.

Handle all maintenance requests and repairs.

Preparing claims, finalizing bonds and representing clients at NCAT hearings.

Stay up to date with property legislation and ensure full compliance across your portfolio.

Proactively handle rental arrears, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.

About You:

Minimum 3 years’ experience managing residential portfolios at a senior level.

Hold a current NSW Real Estate Licence.

Possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence.

Well-presented with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Passionate about the real estate industry with a genuine desire to excel.

A team player with a positive, professional attitude and the ability to work

Proficient with property management software (PropertyTree, Inspection Express)
