Case Manager – Workers Compensation Claims (Temp Contract)
Fortitude Valley | Hybrid WFH
Initial 8-week contract with potential for permanency - Immediate start
$90–100K + Super (depending on experience)

We’re recruiting an experienced Workers Compensation Case Manager for an initial 8-week contract based in Fortitude Valley, with potential to convert to permanent employment for the right candidate.
You'll join a national team of 120+ across QLD, NSW, VIC and SA, working in a collaborative and high-performing environment that values practical experience and strong stakeholder care.
The Role
- Manage a portfolio of 35–45 workers compensation claims
- Handle a mix of short and long tail claims
- Engage with stakeholders across a major client account
- Focus primarily on physical injury claims
- Work in a hybrid capacity from the Fortitude Valley office
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in workers compensation claims (minimum 1 year)
- Strong ability to manage physical injury claims with care and efficiency
- Solid organisational and communication skills
- Available to commence within 1–2 weeks
Salary & Benefits
- $90K + Super for 1–2 years’ experience
- $100K + Super for 2+ years’ experience
- Hybrid flexibility and a well-located office
