We’re recruiting an experienced Workers Compensation Case Manager for an initial 8-week contract based in Fortitude Valley, with potential to convert to permanent employment for the right candidate.
You'll join a national team of 120+ across QLD, NSW, VIC and SA, working in a collaborative and high-performing environment that values practical experience and strong stakeholder care.

The Role

• Manage a portfolio of 35–45 workers compensation claims
• Handle a mix of short and long tail claims
• Engage with stakeholders across a major client account
• Focus primarily on physical injury claims
• Work in a hybrid capacity from the Fortitude Valley office

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in workers compensation claims (minimum 1 year)
• Strong ability to manage physical injury claims with care and efficiency
• Solid organisational and communication skills
• Available to commence within 1–2 weeks

Salary & Benefits

• $90K + Super for 1–2 years’ experience
• $100K + Super for 2+ years’ experience
