Due to a period of growth and transformation, our client, a national multi-site, for-purpose organisation, is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join them for a 6-month fixed-term contract.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, working on a diverse portfolio of roles. You’ll play a pivotal role in attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. Beyond day-to-day hiring, you’ll contribute to strategic initiatives such as developing talent pipelines, enhancing the employer value proposition (EVP), developing content and templates for social media and career days.

While recruitment will be the primary focus in this role, there’s a genuine opportunity to drive EVP, social media and marketing activities for the Talent Acquisition team

• Experience creating compelling content for social media and events
