The Opportunity
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Your primary focus will be proactively sourcing and engaging qualified General Practitioners (GPs) and Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs) for locum and/or permanent opportunities with Ochre Health. You’ll play a key role in building a robust pool of active candidates and maintaining relationships and networks
Key Responsibilities
• Source and contact prospective GP VMOs and GPs using diverse recruitment techniques, including outbound calling, networking, and digital outreach.
• Conduct initial phone assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and availability.
• Build strong rapport with candidates to promote Ochre Health opportunities and maintain engagement.
• Reactivate past candidates by re-engaging them with current opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records in our CRM.
• Collaborate with the wider business to align recruitment efforts with organisational needs.
• Create compelling job advertisements and targeted outreach campaigns to attract top talent.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in healthcare or medical settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and influence candidates.
• Proven ability to use varied sourcing techniques, including outbound calling and digital outreach.
• Motivated and persuasive in presenting career opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for candidate management.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to recruitment challenges.
