Job Description
This is not your average recruitment gig. This is your chance to be part of a national Talent Acquisition team (of 8) that thrives on connection, creativity, and delivering high-impact outcomes. Based out of our Upper Mount Gravatt office 1-2 days per week, you’ll be the engine that keeps our QLD talent pipeline flowing.
A peek into your new role
- Delivering high-volume TA support – you’ll be primarily recruiting Educators and Coordinators for our QLD services
- Building strong partnerships with hiring managers - setting clear expectations, communicating progress etc
- Building pipelines, creating standout ads, proactively sourcing, and maintaining candidate momentum
- Monitoring market trends, sharing insights, and evolving our TA strategy
- Taking part in broader TA/P&C projects
