About the role
We are seeking a proactive and professional Recruitment Coordinator who will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment across our organisation. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, implement sourcing initiatives, manage candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience for candidates and stakeholders. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, compliance and data-driven decision making, you will play a key role in shaping our future talent and employer brand. Your key responsibilities will include:
· Liaise with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
· Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including; advertising, sourcing, screening, organising interviewing, reference and screening checks, offering and informing unsuccessful candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all.
· Maintain and grow candidate pipelines for current and future workforce requirements.
· Provide advice and support to hiring managers on interview and selection processes.
· Manage timely and transparent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
· Maintaining strong communication with the business units around recruitment activity.
· Generate recruitment reports and insights for workforce planning for weekly and monthly HR metrics.
· Ensure recruitment practices align with legal, ethical and organisational standards.
· Use data and insights to influence recruitment decisions, improve time-to-hire, and increase quality of hire.
· Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes, tools and technologies.
· Stay informed on market trends and legislative changes impacting talent acquisition.
To be successful you will have:
Essential:
· Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in end to end recruitment and proven experience in high volume recruitment
· Passion for continuous improvement in recruitment and HR processes.
· High attention to detail and a strong process improvement mindset.
· Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
· Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., Job Boards, LinkedIn Recruiter).
· Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner;
· Ability to be proactive and self-motivated, prioritise work and hold strong organisational skills
· Ability to influence and challenge hiring managers constructively.
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Data-driven mindset and experience using recruitment metrics to inform decisions.
· Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing deadlines
Desirable (but not essential):
· A demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy, Pathology or other related healthcare sector with in depth knowledge of pathology practices and laboratory operations desirable

About Clinpath Adelaide Pathology
Clinpath Laboratories is a highly respected, well established private pathology practice, providing laboratory services to general practitioners, specialists, private hospitals, and aged care facilities in Adelaide, South Australia.
Clinpath Laboratories operates over 160 licensed collection centres conveniently located throughout metropolitan Adelaide.
Patients may have specimens collected at any of these locations by our experienced specimen collection staff, and for most routine tests no appointment is required.
Specimens are transported to our laboratories by experienced, well trained Clinpath couriers who work 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The laboratory is located in Mile End, SA.
