Base Salary: $60,000 per year.
Commission: Inheriting a growing PALM portfolio worth an additional $10,000 per year.
Potential: Opportunity to rapidly grow your portfolio, with total earnings expected to exceed $110,000 annually within a two year period.

Alongside our PALM focus, we are expanding permanent recruitment pathways across multiple Australian industries. Based in Kensington, SA, we’re seeking a Registered Migration Agent to join our team.

About the Role

This position combines migration expertise with recruitment leadership. You'll work collaboratively as an equal Recruitment Consultant within the PALM team, supporting 4-year temporary worker placements and ongoing welfare across the hospitality sector.

Your additional focus will be managing permanent recruitment solutions, including compliance and visa processing for employer-sponsored and skilled migration pathways. You'll provide expert advice on migration options, ensuring legal and ethical integrity across all activities.

Knowledge of hospitality industry operations, workforce needs, and client expectations will be highly beneficial in delivering tailored, compliant recruitment outcomes. You will work closely with our recruitment and mobilisation teams to ensure placements are smooth, lawful, and sustainable.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Acting as the primary registered migration agent within the business

Managing employer-sponsored and skilled visa applications, ensuring full legal compliance

Collaborating with PALM recruitment consultants on 4-year temporary worker placements

Leading the permanent recruitment and skilled migration service offering

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates

Preparing and maintaining compliant documentation and processes

Supporting the recruitment team with end-to-end mobilisation and placement coordination

Undertaking occasional interstate travel to meet clients and support placements

What We’re Looking For

Registered migration agent with current OMARA registration

Experience managing employer-sponsored or skilled migration visas

Understanding of the PALM Scheme, or willingness to learn

Knowledge or experience in the hospitality sector (highly beneficial)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills with a focus on detail and compliance

Collaborative and team-oriented approach

Experience in a recruitment or migration consultancy setting (preferred)

Full Australian driver’s licence

Full Australian working rights (essential)

Commitment to the role long-term (essential)

Working Hours

Full-time, Monday–Thursday in office (9-hour days), with flexible Fridays.
Some weekend or extended hours may be required to support travel and events.
