QB Care is a premium NDIS provider delivering Supported Independent Living (SIL) services with a strong focus on person-centred care, meaningful connection and simplicity in support. We are seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to lead HR operations, recruitment, and compliance across our growing organisation.
This full-time role is based at our office on Goodwood Road in Wayville. You will work closely with the Managing Director and General Manager, supporting core HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations, and workforce coordination.
This is a dynamic and collaborative position suited to someone who values clear systems, strong communication, and purposeful work. You will play a key role in shaping a values-driven workforce and maintaining high standards in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment including advertising, screening and onboarding
• Manage staff inductions and compliance training schedules
• Oversee credentialing including NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Police Checks, training and visas
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure data is accurate, current and confidential
• Draft employment contracts, onboarding packs and exit documentation
• Create and update HR forms, templates and documentation as required
• Support staff with HR queries including performance, leave and wellbeing
• Monitor probation reviews and proactively flag compliance risks
• Assist with investigations related to conduct, grievances or incident reports
• Work closely with senior management to support the onboarding of new participants
• Contribute to audits, policy rollouts and continuous improvement activities
• Support culture and engagement initiatives across the team

Qualifications and Experience
• Essential: Experience in a HR, People and Culture or compliance-focused role within the NDIS sector
• Knowledge of Fair Work legislation, modern awards and HR best practice
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline (desirable)
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as BrightHR, MYP or similar (advantageous)
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
