About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic . This part-time (possibility for full-time) role will be based in our Salisbury, South Australia office. As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a key part in sourcing and selecting top talent to support the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Attract and source nurses and clinical professionals through online platforms, outreach, and networks

Screen and shortlist candidates aligned to our values and service needs

Conduct interviews in collaboration with the Clinical and HR teams

Coordinate the onboarding process including employment offers and documentation

Manage compliance checks including NDIS Worker Screening, Police Checks, AHPRA registration, Right to Work, etc.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our systems (Employment Hero, ShiftCare)

Contribute to a positive candidate experience and support continuous improvement of our recruitment processes

You may also be required to assist with other administrative tasks like taking phone calls throughout the week.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a similar recruitment/talent acquisition role

Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices in sourcing, screening and selecting candidates

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on delivering results

Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software
