We are a fast-growing short-term rental management company, committed to providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining properties to the highest standards. Our operations team plays a vital role in ensuring every property is guest-ready, safe, and spotless.

As our portfolio grows, we are seeking a proactive and reliable Operations Team Member to join our Sydney-based team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the setup, inspection, maintenance coordination, and overall quality control of our managed properties. Your work will have a direct impact on our guests’ experience and the value we provide to property owners.

Key Responsibilities

1.Property Setup & Handover

Coordinate furniture delivery and installation

Ensure appliances, Wi-Fi, key safes, and amenities are properly set up

Conduct detailed condition reports and communicate with internal teams

Liaise with cleaners, suppliers, and owners to ensure smooth handover

2.Daily Operations

Monitor and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across properties

Coordinate with cleaners and contractors to ensure on-time check-in readiness

Conduct quality checks for high-value bookings

Follow up on guest and owner requests promptly

Plan and track minor property improvement projects

3. Routine Inspections & Maintenance

Conduct quarterly routine inspections on assigned properties

Report issues and source quotes from contractors

Manage access and invoices in coordination with the online operations team

4. Warehouse & Logistics

Keep the warehouse organized and stocked

Assist with property pack-downs and removals

Requirements

✅ Full Australian driver’s licence and own vehicle (travel between properties required)

✅ Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

✅ Strong communication and coordination ability

✅ Can-do attitude and ability to work independently

✅ Prior experience in property management, hospitality, or operations is a plus

What We Offer

Starting salary of $65,000 + Super, increasing to $70,000 + Super after probation
