Trade Sales Team Member – Join Our Team!

Are you a people person with a knack for sales and customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, we want you to be the face of our business as a Trade Sales Team member!

In this role, you’ll play a key part in our internal sales team, working closely with customers, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service. You’ll be the go-to person for product advice, order fulfilment, stock management, and building strong customer relationships.

Reporting directly to the Pendle Hill Mitre 10 Trade Branch Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

· Provide top-notch customer service and expert advice on our products and services

· Manage and coordinate eCommerce ( Click and collect) order fulfilment

· Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers

· Liaise with suppliers to ensure seamless stock flow

· Prepare and follow up on customer quotes, ensuring timely order delivery

· Regularly communicate with the Mona vale Trade Hub & Trade Manager

· Keep customers informed on order statuses, including backorders

· Track and report on all quotations in weekly meetings with the Branch Manager

· Manage stock levels efficiently to minimise shrinkage and stock loss

· Maintain accurate product information and ensure correct stock levels

· Perform stock replenishment when needed

· Uphold Workplace Health & Safety standards.

· Maintain a tidy retail floor and working environment

· Ensure administrative processes are followed correctly

What You Bring:

· A customer-first approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

· Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

· Experience in building supplies, trade sales, or a similar industry is highly advantageous
