THE ROLE

Title: Operations Team Member

Location: Orange, NSW

Type: Full-time

Schedule: Weekdays / Weekend availability essential

We are seeking an Operations Support Team Member to join our dynamic team. Based in Orange, this role is crucial in ensuring our luxury holiday homes are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property inspections and provide feedback to teams to uphold exceptional standards.

Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues, ensuring an outstanding guest experience throughout the region.

Support warehouse operations and logistics as part of the Orange team.

Provide essential weekend support to guests and properties as required, on a rotational roster supported by the whole team, that ensures a work-life balance is maintained.
