About the Role

As Rooftop Bar Manager, you’ll be the face and driver of our elevated bar experience. You’ll lead the rooftop bar team, ensure exceptional beverage service, and keep the energy high every shift.

- Run the day-to-day operations of the rooftop bar
- Develop and train a high-performing bar team
- Curate an engaging, on-trend cocktail menu
- Maintain exceptional service standards and venue presentation
- Manage bar stock, ordering, wastage and cost control
- Work collaboratively with venue management and events teams
- Deliver memorable nights, smooth service, and a buzzing atmosphere

About You

We’re looking for someone who knows how to own the bar, lead from the front and build something guests will talk about:

- 2+ years' experience managing a cocktail-focused or high-end bar
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, motivating style
- Passion for mixology, bar trends, and memorable experiences
- Solid understanding of bar financials, inventory and compliance
- RMLV, RSA, RSG and Approved Manager’s Licence (essential)
- Experience in high-volume venues with premium service expectations
- Availability to work across weekends, nights, and key events
- Creative, energetic and team-focused
