About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Consultant to join our team at IHR Australia on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Facilitator/HR Consulting professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR consulting and training services to our diverse client base across the Melbourne region. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your expertise in HR, workplace relations and training delivery (you will require evidence of all three) and make a meaningful impact within a thriving organisation.

What you'll be doing

Facilitating engaging and impactful training sessions and workshops for our clients on a range of HR-related topics in particular workplace discrimination, harassment and bullying, performance management and other HR/workplace relations compliance matters

Providing strategic HR & Workplace Relations advice and support to clients, including on areas such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations

Conducting HR audits and culture reviews and developing tailored solutions to address client organisational needs

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement HR initiatives that drive business success

Staying up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends to continuously enhance our service offering

Contributing to the management and implementation of iHR Australia's internal HR program.

What we're looking for

Significant experience (6+ years) in a generalist workplace relations HR or HR consulting role, ideally within a professional services environment

Proven track record of successfully designing and facilitating engaging training programs and workshops

Strong understanding of the Australian workplace relations and HR regulatory environment with a proven track record in providing practical advice in this area

Strong business acumen and the ability to provide strategic, commercially-focused Workplace Relations advice

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients

Tertiary qualifications in Employment Law, Workplace relations, Business, or a related field

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Excellent professional writing and general communication skills

A highly engaging personality
