Job Description

As the Management duo, you will be accountable for the ongoing execution of all tasks related to the successful operation and commercial success of the venue. How you chose to divide the role and responsibilities is largely up to you.

You will guide and build your team while overseeing product offerings spanning traditional on-premise drivers including food, beverage, functions, and entertainment.

The role will enable you to cover all aspects of the business as well as continue to foster strong community relationships. It represents your opportunity to elevate your career to the next level by leading a large, dynamic hospitality operation to elevated levels of trade and general performance.

There is an apartment, on site, which is included in the package. A great chance to relocate to this beautiful property!

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role you will have:

• One person having experience as a General Manager in a regional food & beverage setting, with a community focus. The other's experience does not need to be at the same level
• The ability to recruit, develop, lead and motivate your team
• A genuine passion for hospitality fuelling a hands-on approach and being the face of the business
• Complete understanding of regulatory compliance across food and beverage
• A strategic mindset focused on revenue growth, community engagement and enhancing the offering
