At MacroView, we help organisations transform how they work with Microsoft 365. As demand grows, we’re looking for a driven and proactive Alliance Account Manager to take the lead in managing and growing relationships with our valued partners and resellers.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who’s had a taste of account management success and is now looking to take on more ownership, broaden their responsibilities, and accelerate their career.

What you’ll be doing

As the Alliance Account Manager, you'll be the go-to contact for our strategic partners and resellers — helping them succeed by enabling their sales, marketing and delivery of MacroView products to their customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Account Management – Build strong, productive relationships with assigned partners and resellers to ensure alignment and mutual growth.

Pipeline Management – Track partner pipelines, drive deal progression, and maintain forecasting accuracy.

Strategic Initiatives – Collaborate on joint go-to-market plans, campaigns and partner enablement strategies.

Performance Tracking – Analyse performance data and turn it into meaningful insights that help partners achieve more.

Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with our Customer Success, Marketing and Product teams to support partner success.

Partner Enablement – Support onboarding, training and education so our partners are confident advocates of MacroView’s products.

What we’re looking for

You’ve already had some success in an account management or partnerships role — maybe 2–4 years — and you’re hungry to take the next step.

You’re confident managing multiple stakeholders and are comfortable discussing both strategic and operational matters.

You enjoy being a trusted advisor to your clients or partners and are always looking for ways to help them win.

You’re proactive, organised and outcomes-focused — with a talent for building rapport and driving results.
