We are recruiting for a part time Senior Administration Officer at our neuro-affirming mental health OT and psychology practice in Belmont.

About this position:
This part time senior administration role is very important to our team, so we are looking for an amazing person. You’ll play a vital part in keeping the practice running smoothly by supporting operations and the client experience. There is the option work two full days on Monday and Tuesday or work across Monday Tuesday and Wednesday with flexibility around school hours or other commitments.

Working in cooperation with our Practice Manager, here is a summary of the key duties that will help our practice thrive:
Supporting our culture:
Bring a really positive and supportive attitude to the team,
Contribute to activities that build our connection and growth.
Financial management:
Issuing weekly invoices and keeping track of client payments - a knowledge of Xero and Splose are an advantage.
Client experience and Service delivery
Facilitate positive client interactions from entry to discharge with smooth workflows, clear expectations, outstanding communication, and client centred practice.
Operations & Compliance:
Contribute to improving practice-wide processes for better workflow and staff support and help maintain compliance with relevant legislation and practice standards.
Contribute to discussions around strategic direction.
Assist with upkeep of the clinic.
Clinician support
Support clinicians with hands on administration support.
Human resources
Supporting onboarding and HR compliance

You have experience working admin in a mental health care setting and would like a new opportunity in close knit team. Knowledge of using Splose would be an advantage.
You may have been working in allied health, but admin is your thing.

You are IT savvy, and capable of quickly learning how to use software.
You understand finance can navigate invoicing and programs such as Xero.
