Role Description:
As a Sous Chef , you will play the pivotal role in our culinary teams. Your responsibilities will include:

- Meet and maintain budgets and targets.
- Collaborating with Senior Management to create and execute dishes.
- Ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Supervising and mentoring kitchen staff to maintain a cohesive and efficient team.
- Managing inventory, ordering, and quality control.
- Upholding food safety and sanitation standards.
- Contribute to seasonal specials
- Execute dishes that celebrate the execution.
- Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Champion a positive productive culture

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Passion for quality food and a deep understanding of various cooking techniques.
- Proven experience in a Sous Chef or Senior CDP roles,
- Exceptional culinary skills and creativity.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace

- Certificate III in commercial cookery
