What You'll Do:
This multifaceted role combines strong recruitment skills with essential HR administrative support for daily impact.
Talent & Onboarding:
Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from defining needs with hiring managers and crafting job ads to screening, interview coordination, managing a positive candidate experience, and maintaining key KPIs for efficient recruitment turnaround.
Ensure timely pre-employment and reference checks, and draft essential compliant employment documents (adhering to Australian Awards and NES).
Deliver a welcoming, seamless onboarding experience for all new team members.
Employee Experience & Admin:
Provide support as a contact for staff for HR related queries and maintain accurate HRIS/internal records.
Play a key role in building and coordinating engaging employee initiatives, cultural activities, and creating our monthly newsletter that celebrates team milestones.
Provide vital administrative and calendar support to the Head of HR.
Assist with general office management and workplace resources
What You'll Bring:
A sense of humour, a genuine love of helping people, and a consistently positive attitude
1-3 years of hands-on recruitment experience; recruitment agency experience is highly preferable.
Exceptional written/verbal communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
Strong organisational, time management, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ERP systems.
Basic understanding of Australian employment law (Awards, NES).
Experience with calendar management and professional document drafting.
